Applicators, pins and application of tags

Ear tissue samples are easily harvested with the OS ID TSU applicator. Loading the TSU into the applicator is simple: you load, lock and squeeze. When applied, the applicator harvests a very small amount of tissue from the animal’s ear.

The Micro applicator for Micro tags is made from lightweight, impact resistant plastic, fits well into the hand and is easy to use.

Combi is one of Europe’s most popular tagging systems for farm animals. The tagging system consists of electronic and non-electronic tags, is flexible and practical, available in several types and colours, and meets the requirements for the tagging of sheep and goats. The tags are applicated with the Combi Junior og Combi Senior applicator.

The OS ID Combi Junior TST applicator is used for the application of OS ID tissue sampling tags. This is is a unique tool to allow farmers to collect small ear notch samples that can be used for both genomics and diagnostic purposes.

Micro is a small, lightweight non-electronic ear tag, suited to new-born lambs and kids.
